I had an amazing experience at the dentist today! Dr. Jamie was so kind and made me feel completely at ease the whole time. He explained everything clearly and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Nurse Abbey was also fantastic—super friendly and helpful. The whole team worked together seamlessly, and I left feeling really taken care of. The office was clean, welcoming, and had a great vibe. Our family have been coming to the Newmarket Family Dental for about 7 years since Dr Jamie took over the clinic. We 100% recommend the clinic to anyone. Dr. Jamie is very busy, so please be patient if you want an appointment with him. This tells you how good they are. Here is one small example of personal care Dr Jamie provides: My son has been seen by Dr Jamie ever since he had teeth. He also had big tonsils, but we never noticed them. He did have an underbite. We didn't know it had anything to do with the tension in his jaw and air flow that were caused by the enlarged tonsils. That is way too professional for us to even think of. When my son was five, Dr Jamie's professional advice helped us make up our minds to let our son have tonsillectomy and cut his tongue tie. This has helped to release the tension in his jaw and correct the way he breathes. It led to the correction of how his teeth look. I don't think we can find better dentist anywhere else.

I have had my fair share of dental experiences and can confidently say this dentistry is the best experience for any nervous patient. They run movies of your choice with glasses that have speakers attached and have given me the best service with each visit. Cannot recommend this team enough!

It's 1.15pm, I'm about to head out the door for my 1.30 dentist appointment at Newmarket Family Dental. I get a call from the receptionist saying, "do you mind if we push that back to 1.40"? Valuing people's time — even 10 minutes — is a small, but kind act. In the words of the great philosopher, Sir Arnold, "I'll be back"

I have ridiculously sensitive teeth and was super-nervous as it had been > 2 years since I’d been seen by a dentist. I booked an appointment with Dr Manny because it was the first appointment available: I wasn’t expecting to have such a decent, unscary experience! She acknowledged my nerves and talked me through the exam patiently, and with the calm confidence of someone twice her age. Dr Manny gauged my need for information perfectly and answered my (paranoid) questions clearly. I booked a follow-up appointment on the spot: a first! Totally recommend 😊

Dr. Jamie has a warm and gentle approach. Thorough, checks in often for rests and time outs. I have come here for a few years now, and even though I’ve moved away I come back knowing I’ll be looked after. The warm washer after the clean and tote bag of teeth essentials is a nice touch. Happy to keep referring people to Dr Jamie and this practice for a great service and gentle clean, with no pressure to keep coming back!

I have been coming to Newmarket Family Dental since I was 12 years old. Now in my mid-40’s, Jamie and the team are fabulous at looking after our family dental needs. From check-ups, fillings, crowns, wisdom teeth removal and orthodontic work. The advice, care and treatment has been 5 stars.

I used to dread getting my teeth cleaned, but my experience with Dr. Mark completely changed my perspective. A friend recommended him, and I'm so grateful they did. Dr. Mark's gentle approach put me at ease, and I was surprisingly relaxed throughout the cleaning. I was so comfortable that I almost dozed off in the chair! I can't express enough how wonderful the experience was. If I could, I'd give Dr. Mark and the staff 1000 stars for exceptional care.
