I couldn’t have asked for a more gentle yet thorough check up than the one I had today with Dr Emily. My comfort, from the position of the headrest to regular reminders to raise my hand if I was in need of a break( I didn’t), to gentle coaxing to get me in the best position that worked for both dentist and me, was of utmost priority for the staff. Procedures were offered ( I didn’t feel pressured into having them done… it was my decision to go ahead) and then explained thoroughly. Friendly and interested reception staff completed a positive and relaxed visit to the dentist.
I've had two visits with Dr Emily and am very happy I have found a new dentist. Dr. Emily is thorough, gentle and explains everything. Nikki at reception was really helpful in regards to explaining Smile and overall I'm impressed with the time and care that went into my visits. Thank you

I took my mum to the dentist this Monday to see Doctor Mark. My mum has always been very nervous seeing the dentist due to past bad experiences but Doctor Mark was very reassuring and calmed my mum down. Mum said Doctor Mark was very gentle and she was impressed by how gentle he was. Thank you Doctor Mark for looking after my mum! She will be back in the near future.
Thank you to Mark, Jamie and all the staff of Newmarket Family dental for their exemplary dental care. Regular check ups are always quick and smooth every 6 months. When my daughter had an accident and broke her front teeth 18 months ago Mark was calm and provided excellent care for her. During this time he was worked with her orthodontist in a collaborative manner to provide the best care for her. He has just finished the process of rebuilding her teeth and the care that he and the team have had is unsurpassable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring, highly skilled and friendly team.

We have been seeing Dr Jamie for years, very happy with his care, he’s very gentle, easy to talk to, make you feel comfortable the whole time. More recently we have seen Dr. Mark he’s great at his work craft, and all assistant nurses are gentle and kind. They have all had the same kind manner and attention to detail that you want in a dentist. Me and my husband are very happy and satisfied with their service. Making this review 2 weeks post my wisdom teeth removal procedure, and i just want to say that I highly recommend this practice for wisdom teeth extraction. I had wisdom teeth pain and was referred to a maxillofacial specialist by my general dentist but I had concerns about going through that method - being cost, general anaesthesia, etc. I did my own research and found Newmarket Family Dental and was extremely pleased with the the information and comfort the website and team members provided to me upon contact - regarding wisdom teeth removal. I had a free consultation + X-ray with Dr Mark Wu - who inspired confidence in myself about the whole procedure by describing how mundane my case was; standard, nothing special. Here I am 2 weeks post wisdom teeth removal (4 in one go, oral sedation, and local anaesthetic) and almost fully recovered with no complications. Operation was smooth, and so was the recovery. Highly recommend.

Caring, professional, and advanced clinic. Nikki and Leah always do their best to accommodate patients’ needs and often arrange appointments beyond their usual capacity. Dr. Mark, a gentle surgeon experienced in complex procedures incl. implants, bone reconstruction, grafts, etc., and Dr. Jamie, who specialises in orthodontics as well as general dentistry, consistently provide an exceptional dental experience. The nursing team, incl. Leah, is well coordinated, and synced well to the doctors. There are quality in-house facilities such as a CBCT and a CNC mill (for crowns, onlays and veneers). Having had dental work done across multiple countries, continents, and decades, I can confidently say from experience that they are - truly an outstanding and exceptional team. Notably, they are also highly collegial, have a great sense of humour, and work seamlessly together.

Dr Max made my fillings look and feel better than I expected. The filling was huge, close to my wisdom teeth. After looking at photos the colour composition looks exactly if not better than what my original tooth was before I went in. Thank you! Looking forward to the invisalign!
